"Our new Technical Manager has experience of Interfood as a company which led us to look at a Schroder injector for tenderising and flavouring our fresh pork.  We visited Schroder in Germany, including their test kitchens, and were very impressed with the layout and professionalism.  The build quality of the injector is exceptional and they also make their own needles which can offer significant cost savings compared to some other manufacturers.  Interfood’s technical back-up in the UK is also more substantial while Schroder have a very flexible attitude to any design changes that we might need to make to fit the needs of our business".
