The TVI Multicut incorporates unique flexibility and can handle virtually all red meat products both boneless and bone-in with very few changes all which can be completed without tools and in several minutes. For fixed weight slicing the machine can be delivered along with a grading line to ensure that only fixed slices are delivered to the packaging machine. In many cases waste-les slicing can be achieved resulting in the highest possible yields of any machine in its class.
