Portioning of Fresh Red Meat

We provide sales and technical support for the German manufactured TVI GMS Multicut 1200 portioning system. TVI's system delivers the optimum portioning solution for all red meat products due to its integration of advanced pressing and slicing technology.

The TVI Multicut incorporates unique flexibility and can handle virtually all red meat products both boneless and bone-in with very few changes all which can be completed without tools and in several minutes. For fixed weight slicing the machine can be delivered along with a grading line to ensure that only fixed slices are delivered to the packaging machine. In many cases waste-les slicing can be achieved resulting in the highest possible yields of any machine in its class. Due to the innovative design of the product transport and slicing system product can be processed accurately and at a high quality without intensive crust freezing or tempering being required. The benefits if this being reduced energy costs, less drip-loss and a much better visual quality presentation in store when used in case ready applications.
