Pasteurisation

To maximise the shelf-life of your meat, dairy, pasta, seafood products, ready-meals, fruit, vegetables, juices and smoothies, Interfood Technology provides sales and technical support for the pasteurisation equipment of NC Hyperbaric.  Interfood Technology offers two type of post-packing pasteurisation: non-thermal, high-pressure production by batch or thermal continuous operation, suitable for surface pasteurisation and cooling.
