Every Customer Services Advisor is comprehensively trained and fully aware of all Interfood Technology products and services. To provide a fast, personal service - we use the latest Contact Management software systems to ensure all information is immediately at hand. But, if there is a problem we cannot solve online for you - we make it our duty to find a solution as quickly as possible.
We stock - or have readily available - all the spares and back up to ensure complete customer confidence in our ability to deliver the service and support required. For routine and urgent servicing, we maintain a comprehensive stock of spares for the whole Interfood range of machinery. We also maintain close, working relationships with all manufacturers to ensure an emergency response on your behalf whenever it may be needed. By sourcing spares from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), we are able to offer customers guarantees far better than those offered by other suppliers. We are also able, at all times, to offer customers the assurance of a full technical back-up service better than anything available elsewhere.
